1. Introduction

  • In breach of applicable laws or regulations, including UK GDPR and PECR

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all relevant legislation.


3. User Accounts

  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.


4. SMS Campaign Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have obtained valid consent (opt-in) from recipients
  • Providing clear opt-out instructions where required

Connect OCP does not accept liability for any misuse of the platform or non-compliant messaging activity.


5. Fees and Payments

All pricing and fees will be agreed in advance or outlined in your proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, software and materials provided by Connect OCP remain the intellectual property of Connect OCP.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect OCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business or goodwill

This includes any issues arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Message delivery delays or failures
  • Third-party network or system issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 30 days.


8. Service Availability

While we aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Services may be affected by:

  • Network providers
  • Third-party systems
  • Maintenance or upgrades

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
